however I have a different idea

write your morning list

relax

then take 1 thing most important in moving you forward, what is that 1 thing?

write it on a post it note

that checklist you wrote, take your hand

roll it into a ball

place it in the trash

Go do that 1 thing with intent

repeat

postit
