For me it comes down to addressing (3) questions here in this prompt.
1. WHO do we seek to change?
2. HOW do we seek to change them?
And then the prompt question “What is the CHANGE you are seeking to make?
Fundamentally the WHO starts with ME. Do not get me wrong, brands ultimately are WHO I seek to serve in helping them tell their best story.
I must deploy Faith, honesty, empathy and generosity in believing what I have come to believe in. That all the remarkable Linchpin opportunities are found enscansed in RISK. RISK since it comes with the duty to lead and blaze the trail.
As a brand leader to embrace being FIRST, LEANING IN AND ALL THE RISK THAT COMES ATTACHED. ALL THE BENEFIT THAT ALSO IS ATTACHED.
For me it’s a wake up call.
