Habit

“Whatever you would make habitual, practice it; and if you would not make a thing habitual, do not practice it, but accustom yourself to something else” Epictetus

Do not sacrifice and suffer only with the sight of debauchery as the prize

Good Habits point always towards Virtue which should be the ultimate goal

Life, Career, Fitness

its always the well charted race not the quick sprint

this time of year witnessing crash diets….unrealistic …coupled with cheat days

its makes one look at this same rationale taking place in the professional world

no short cuts

its a grind…thats why it pays to LOVE your journey…i have not arrived at my goals but i am laser focused 2017 is my time

i do wonder if the journey is really what will be realized as the purist and truest prize

so don’t taint the prize with shortcuts….care…matter..you are worth the Workcafe1
