Only YOUR ANSWER
I guess there are some wrong answers
The ones prohibited by laws
But that’s not the point or object of this blog post
I am thinking about the decisions we legally make
Especially related to our careers
Or for more people – related to their JOB
JOB- the place where inspirations die
What if you were given Three choices for the work you do
Choice One- to be paid to do a job
– For the unremarkable however needed work you do. It’s what was safe. Was. Now not so much but to many it feels safe.
Choice two- to be paid based on results
– To be paid on performing at the work you do. Sales is a perfect example of results driven career.
– there is more Unknown components to these careers however much greater upside in attaining Mastery. It allows us to standout from the crowd by doing this different, by being immersed and passionately into our work.
Choice three- to make a Ruckus
– this is the game changer.
– this is taking chances
– starting
– shoot- ready- aim!
– it’s about failing and learning and not backing down
– it’s embracing Chaos
– it’s reveling in the conflict
The friction
Because every objection, roadblock, problem, bad deal all eventually lead to empowerment
We see self help gurus pushing “law of attraction” , ” positive motivation ”
Guess what- SHIT, MERDA, Crap O La!
The sooner we GET IT
The sooner we realize NOTHING IS ABOUT US PERSONALLY
THE UNIVERSE WANTS TO JAM US ALL UP EQUALLY
so what to do?
Don’t get down
Do not blame yourself
Do not point fingers at others
Slow it down and look what you can learn every day.

And your Job by day
